Please use this page to figure an estimate of how much it might cost to have your own web site designed by Alden Integration. (Hosting is not a part of this quote.) I have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to begin the process. If you have comments I would love to hear from you.

It is important that you understand that the reference table is an estimate of costs for a simple web design. I will need to consult with you, take a look at your website needs to give you a final quote, but this will give you a good idea of the general cost. The reference table does not include:

  • Domain name and hosting. It will cost you an additional $60 to $100 if you would like me to do the work of securing your domain name, in addition to the cost you will need to pay to the hosting provider. I can suggest various hosting packages for you to consider.

I am also available for search engine optimization for existing sites.

Design of the basic web site (layout and common design elements on all pages. example:heading, logo etc.). By specifiying a number you override the check boxes. Please bring with you some examples of designs/colors that you like.

Each digital picture requires some time to sharpen, cut or in other ways prepare for the web pages. (To scan a picture or in other ways aquire the pictures will be charged per hour. The example based on an average time of 20 minutes/picture for 5 pictures..)

Simple Search Engine Optimization. This makes your web page appear higher on the rankings at Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and other search engines so you are seen instead of being the needle in the haystack.

Web shop for larger amount of products or services. Normally it will take around 2-5 days ($1200-3000) to install, configure and design a web shop. The price is dependent upon the features. Adding products/services and categories will be done per hour outside of the above basic estimate. Training on how to do it is normally around 15 minutes.

Making a video or slide show. I usually recommend videos demonstrating products or services to be no longer than one minute which is the industry norm, however, I can accomodate longer videos if desired.
